Realizzazione di un tunnel di due chilometri da est della Barnet Highway a sud di Kemsley Avenue. Il tunnel collegherĂ Burnaby, Port Moody e Coquitlam all'attuale linea SkyTrain che serve Metro Vancouver.
The soils consist of tills, glacial outwash, glaciomarine and ice contact deposits, collectively known as the Coquitlam Drift and Vashon Drift. The bored tunnels will also encounter Quadra Sand. Boulders may also be present along the alignment. Vashon Drift boulders can be expected to consist principally of granitic rocks.
